This website is designed to provide information on the Edcouch-Elsa Independent School District’s Gifted and Talented Program. The Gifted and Talented Program was designed to meet the special needs of our gifted population. Program goals and objectives have been developed and implemented according to the standards set forth in The Texas State Plan for Gifted Education established by the Texas Education Agency.
