Edcouch-Elsa – Edcouch-Elsa ISD (EEISD) will be hosting a Countdown to Zero Dropout Recovery Walk on Saturday, September 7, 2024, from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The meeting location will be Edcouch-Elsa High School South Cafeteria located at 301 N. YellowJacket Drive, Elsa, TX 78543. A breakfast will be provided for all attendees.
This event is a door-to-door initiative aimed at recovering students who have not returned to school. The Countdown to Zero Dropout Recovery Walk offers these students encouragement and resources to help them complete their education.
The initiative invites all staff, families, and community volunteers to join the school district in the recovery process to reduce the number of dropouts each year.
All Edcouch-Elsa ISD employees and community members are encouraged to participate.
